Hey guys!

There’s various health benefits and reasons to start drinking smoothies and you don’t really need me to convince you but…they taste delicious, they’re easy to make and they help people like me, who are definitely not getting in enough fruit and veggies daily, get the essential vitamins and minerals my body needs.

The reasons I started drinking smoothies daily are list below:

In order to maximize these benefits, you need to focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods while avoiding added sugars as much as possible.

But there are so many more out there and I promise to try some more.
